As of 1 April 2025, the rules for the use of the online platform will be amended by the peer-to-peer lending platform user agreement.
Dear investors,
We would like to inform you that we have updated our platform documentation – the previous Online Platform Terms of Use have been replaced with the Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform User Agreement, which will take effect for existing clients on April 1, 2025.
We encourage you to carefully review the Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform User Agreement, especially the conditions related to the newly introduced Investor Platform Fee, detailed in section 11.4. The Investor Platform Fee, effective from April 1, 2025, will be 1 EUR per month.
Why is this fee being introduced?
The fee has been introduced in response to rising operational costs, driven by:
-
Stricter requirements from the Bank of Lithuania, particularly in the area of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
-
Ongoing IT infrastructure maintenance and development to ensure a seamless, secure, and technologically advanced investment process.
-
Debt collection management to ensure efficient recovery processes that contribute to your overall investment returns.
We understand that additional fees are never welcome, but this step is necessary to maintain high-quality services for our investors.
How will it work?
As mentioned, the Investor Platform Fee will take effect on April 1, 2025. Until then, you can continue using all platform features and invest without any additional fees. We encourage you to review the Investor Platform Fee conditions outlined in section 11.4 of the Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform User Agreement and decide whether you wish to continue investing under the new terms.
You can review and accept or decline the Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform User Agreement in the “Lending Platform User Agreement” section of your account or by clicking the link below. If you accept the new terms before April 1, the fee will not be charged before its official start date.

Important: What happens if you do not accept the agreement?
If you choose not to accept the Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform User Agreement, from April 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to make new investments in the primary or secondary markets. However, you will continue to receive repayments on your active investments. You will also retain the ability to sell existing investments in the secondary market. Should you change your decision, you may reaccept the agreement at any time and resume investing.

Inactive Account Fee
Additionally, we remind you that according to section 5.4 of the Payment Services Agreement, if an account has been inactive for over one year (i.e., no logins or transactions), it will be considered inactive, and a 0.99 EUR monthly fee will apply.
If you do not accept the Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform User Agreement and do not plan to use NEO Finance services, we recommend closing your account to avoid the Inactive Account Fee. You can close your account in the account overview section. If needed, you can reopen an account free of charge at any time in the future. However, if you do not accept the agreement but still have active investments, the Inactive Account Fee will not be applied.
